Last updated May 18, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of hostli. By creating an account, using the service, or inviting users into an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
The Service
hostli helps hosts, property owners, and property managers organize rental operations, including properties, reservations, payments, expenses, documents, taxes, owner statements, reminders, reports, support requests, and related account information.
Accounts and Authorized Use
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, enabling available security protections where appropriate, and ensuring users invited to your organization are authorized to access the records they can see. You may not use hostli to misuse data, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
Customer Data
You keep responsibility for the business records, documents, guest information, owner information, vendor information, payment records, tax records, and other content entered into hostli. You grant hostli permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan availability, pricing, limits, features, trial periods, renewal terms, cancellation timing, and taxes may vary by package. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, credits, complimentary access, and Enterprise arrangements may be handled by hostli support or Super Admin approval.
No Professional Advice
hostli organizes business information and may provide calculations, summaries, reminders, reports, tax readiness workflows, and AI-assisted output. hostli does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or real estate advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified professionals where needed.
Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but hostli may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable from time to time. We may add, remove, modify, or limit features as the product evolves, including features controlled by plan, role, module settings, or security requirements.
Third-Party Services
hostli may connect with or rely on third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, database providers, storage providers, email providers, AI providers, calendar feeds, or booking-channel imports. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Data Export, Cancellation, and Deletion
Customers may use available tools to export data, cancel subscriptions, request offboarding, or request deletion. Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal, tax, accounting, backup, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hostli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on records, reports, calculations, or AI-assisted output.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as hostli changes. We will update the date above when material changes are made. Continued use of hostli after changes means you accept the updated terms.
