Why hostli exists

Hosting creates more back-office work than most people expect. Bookings come from different channels. Payouts do not always match expectations. Receipts live in inboxes. Taxes need to be tracked. Owners ask for updates.

How hostli helps

hostli brings those records into one friendly workspace so small hosts can understand income, expenses, taxes, documents, and owner reporting without going back to scattered spreadsheets.

What we care about

ClarityMake payments, fees, expenses, taxes, and owner payouts easier to understand.
TrustUse roles, audit logs, data export, security controls, and clear support workflows.
GrowthStart with one property, then add team members, owner portals, and stronger workflows when needed.

Who's behind hostli

Paul Newnham

I've spent more than 20 years building and implementing SaaS products, and somewhere along the way I became a short-term rental host myself. Running multiple Airbnb properties, I learned firsthand how much of hosting happens off the platform — in spreadsheets, receipts, payout reconciliations, and the yearly scramble to get everything ready for taxes.

hostli is the tool I wished I'd had: a calm, organized home for the financial side of hosting, built for the people who love the hospitality but not the back-office chaos. Outside of work I'm a dual British/US citizen, a marathon runner, an avid reader, and a proud husband and father.

Built around real hosting workflows

hostli supports Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct bookings, manual reservations, mixed ownership, recurring expenses, tax readiness, imports, documents, and owner statements.
