Is hostli only for Airbnb?
No. hostli is built for mixed-channel hosts. You can track Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct bookings, manual reservations, owner blocks, and imported calendar feeds.
Can I talk to someone before choosing a plan?
Yes. Use Contact Sales if you manage a larger portfolio, have owner reporting needs, need help thinking through migration, or are not sure which plan fits. You can also create a Starter account and explore on your own.
How long does setup take?
The basic setup usually takes about 10-20 minutes if you have property details, tax defaults, and a few records ready. Larger imports or multi-owner setups can take longer, which is why the onboarding checklist breaks the work into steps.
Can I import my spreadsheet?
Yes. The workbook import is a structured Excel template for moving properties, reservations, payments, expenses, assets, and depreciation history into hostli. CSV-style imports are also available for several record types.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start on Starter, then upgrade from Billing when you are ready. Essential, Pro, and Growth use secure Stripe checkout. Enterprise is handled by contacting us because limits and setup needs vary.
How many team members can I invite?
Starter includes 1 team member, Essential includes up to 3, Pro includes up to 10, Growth includes up to 25, and Enterprise limits are agreed during setup. Property Owner Portal users have separate limits.
What is Support view?
Support view is a controlled troubleshooting mode for Super Admin support. It lets authorized hostli support view an organization when helping with an issue, with audit logging so access is visible.
Does hostli replace Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com?
No. hostli does not replace your booking platforms. It helps organize the operational and financial records around them: payouts, payments, fees, expenses, taxes, owner statements, documents, and reporting.
Which browsers and devices does hostli support?
hostli is designed for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on desktop and mobile devices. We are actively testing iPad Safari as part of the mobile readiness pass, and we recommend keeping your browser updated for the best sign-in and security experience.
