Team and permissions workflow

Use the least access needed. The first person who registers is the Account Owner and has full control. Admins can manage settings and team access. Managers handle operational records. Bookkeepers handle financial records. Viewers should be read-only. Property Owners who only need statements or shared files should use Property Owner Portal access instead of internal team access. Super Admin access is reserved for platform administration and support.
