Send owner statements

Owner statements show each owner their share of income, expenses, fees, and payout for a month.

Set up ownership first

Under Owners, add each Property Owner, then create an assignment linking them to a property with an ownership % (for example 50), a management fee, and a reserve.

Generate a statement

1. Open Owner Statements.
2. Pick the owner/property assignment and the month.
3. Review the preview — each line is the owner's share based on their ownership %.
4. Save the draft, then Approve & Share, Email owner, or Mark paid.

A 50% owner sees 50% of collected income and 50% of expenses; the payout is net of management fees and reserve.
