Property Owners and portal workflow

Property Owners are business records used for ownership percentages, owner statements, shared documents, and owner-facing reporting. They do not need a login unless they should use the Property Owner Portal. Team members are different: team members are staff who work inside the hostli account. Invite Property Owners to the portal only when they should sign in directly, and do not add them as internal team members unless they also help manage the account.
