Import your Airbnb bookings

Bring your Airbnb reservations and payouts into hostli in a few minutes.

Download your export

  1. Go to airbnb.com → Earnings (in the host menu).
  2. Set the date range (one month at a time works well) and click Download → CSV.

Import it

  1. In hostli, open Import / Export.
  2. Choose Airbnb — Earnings / Transaction History.
  3. Upload the CSV. hostli reads each reservation row and creates a reservation plus a collected payment, with the host service fee and any Airbnb-remitted tax broken out.
  4. The first time, match the listing to one of your properties. After that it matches automatically.

Do it every month

On the 1st, download the prior month and import it. hostli skips anything it already has (matched by confirmation code), so re-importing is always safe.
