Expenses and recurring expenses workflow

Use Expenses for one-time costs and Recurring Expenses for predictable bills. When an expense should become an asset, use Capitalize Expense and choose the asset category and method. When a cost should be spread over time, use Amortize so the amortization schedule can be created from the expense.
