Account setup, owners, and team members

The first person who registers creates the hostli account workspace and becomes the Account Owner. Registration creates the login first, then hostli connects that login to the workspace. If email confirmation is required, confirm the email, sign in, and hostli will finish workspace setup automatically. Add Property Owners under Owners when you need ownership percentages, statements, or portal access. Invite team members under Team when someone needs to work inside the account as an admin, manager, bookkeeper, or viewer.
